Uncle Franz's vineyard... For our father and winemaker Karl, this wine was something very special. His uncle Franz lived on the mountain in Pulkau, and when he was little, little Karl visited the vineyard with his father every Sunday after church. We have now taken over Uncle Franz's vineyard, and it was the great wish of Franz's son Herbert and his children that this vineyard would be cultivated by our family. We are very happy to fulfill this wish with our Gemischter Satz and that we have memories of Uncle Franz, Karl, and Herbert with every sip.
