Zore Spumante Brut Blanc de Noir is like a fresh breeze on a sun-drenched terrace. Made from 100% Corvina grapes, with the finesse of white vinification and the elegance of the Charmat method, this sparkling wine brings a dance of citrus and fruity notes to your glass. Light, refined, and delicate – a perfect companion for spontaneous aperitif moments.

🌿 The grapes are hand-harvested in the hills of Fumane (VR), where they are grown under the classic Pergola Veronese system. After a short 60-day fermentation in an autoclave, the wine is bottled without oak aging, allowing its vibrant character to fully express itself.

🥂 Serve chilled between 6° and 8°C and be surprised by its subtle mousse and refreshing finish. With an alcohol content of 12%, it's playful enough for a summer lunch, yet elegant enough for a festive occasion.
