Roero Arneis Spumante 'For You' is a refined sparkling wine made from Arneis grapes. Its brilliant straw-yellow color with greenish reflections is complemented by an intense floral-fruity aroma, with notes of broom, chamomile, peach, and apricot, followed by subtle hints of bread and yeast. On the palate, it is dry, harmonious, and pleasantly refined. Best served at 8-10°C, it excels as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with light vegetable appetizers, fish dishes, or white meat. Produced through classic fermentation in steel and bottle aging with selected yeasts, it is aged on the lees before being disgorged.
