In the picturesque vineyards on the sunny slopes above Bolzano, Chardonnay grapes ripen under perfect conditions. Here, at an altitude of 550 meters, a wine is created that combines the best of grape, soil, and climate. In September, the grapes are carefully harvested and processed with precision to preserve their full aromas.

Its color shines like liquid gold—a sparkling straw yellow with golden reflections. The aroma? Tropical and seductive, with notes of pineapple, mango, honeydew melon, and a subtle hint of passion fruit, banana, and vanilla. On the palate, it's fresh and elegant, with refined acidity and a subtle mineral note that beautifully balances everything.
