Barbaresco is a refined wine from the small Langa region, northeast of Alba, where vineyards stretch across rolling hills. Made from Nebbiolo grapes, this garnet-red wine with ruby nuances is aged in oak barrels.
Its aroma evolves from fresh fruit to a harmonious bouquet of violets, roses, apple, cherry, vanilla, and spices. The palate is dry, soft, and robust with aristocratic depth. Served at 18-20°C, Barbaresco is perfect with red meat, cheeses, and savory dishes.
The wine is aged for at least nine months in oak and further refines in the bottle. Available in various sizes, it is at its best within 10 years of the vintage. A timeless delight. 🍷
