Valpolicella Classico DOC – Easygoing red wine This wine is young, fresh, and simply delicious. Made from three grape varieties (Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella) hand-picked in October. No fuss with oak aging—just pure and smooth. Perfect for drinking on its own, with pasta, pizza or when you simply fancy a glass of red. This is the best way to drink it: Cool it slightly (16–18°C) and pour into a regular wine glass. Done! What you still need to know:
