🌿 How was it made? With love and patience. First, a classic fermentation of 25 days, then a secondary fermentation over dried grapes – the famous "Metodo-Ripasso." Then, 24 months of resting in barriques and another 6 months of bottle meditation. No rush, just craftsmanship. 📍 Where is he from? From Fumane, a picturesque village in Valpolicella, where the grapes are picked by hand and the vines grow under the Veronese pergola. 🥩 What do you drink it with?
