Goldmuskateller from South Tyrol – a dessert wine that combines sweetness and refinement!

This noble Passito Vinalia, named after the ancient Roman wine festivals, is a real treat. On the sun-drenched slopes around Bolzano, the grapes ripen to their full potential, after which they are carefully selected and air-dried in open crates. Only in February are they gently pressed and slowly fermented in French barriques, resulting in a rich, aromatic wine.

Its color? Beautiful golden yellow with deep amber nuances. The aroma is exotic and seductive, with ripe apricots, pineapple, sweet melon, and peach, complemented by a hint of candied mango. On the palate, this dessert wine is full and opulent, with a soft structure and perfectly balanced acidity.
